HRMS implementation can any one help me....

Hi all,
I am following implementation steps of HRMS
till the job creations i did well and next is to create positions
So here I am facing problem
In POSITION WINDOW the compulsory field jobs were not available that I have created in before step
Could any one tell me why i am unable to see list of jobs in position window. Do you find this valuable?

Did you check the effective start date of the job? It has to be effective on a date earlier than or equal to the position start date Do you find this valuable?

Date would be the only reason...can you view other jobs? Do you find this valuable?

Check the "Position Control" check box, it needs to be enabled Do you find this valuable?
