Job Description:
· Adhere to TUGBU testing methodology and processes.
· Review and understand functional requirements, test plans, test cases, and test objectives.
· Perform test execution according to test plans/scripts and evaluate actual results against defined expected results.
· Investigate, classify, and raise defects in a timely and accurate manner.
· Coordinate with lead QA Analyst or QA Manager to set task priorities.
· Perform assigned testing tasks within set budget and schedule
· Identify and suggest areas for improvements in testing processes.
· Contribute to the transfer of knowledge in testing methodology and best practices within the TUGBU organization.

Job Qualifications:
· University degree in IT, Computer Science or related course
· At least 2 years of relevant Quality Assurance work experience, preferably in a software development company testing web-based business applications.
· Knowledge and use of formal testing methodologies and processes
· Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
· Knowledge of XML data set up a plus.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a driven team environment with minimal supervision, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
· Thorough and meticulous, with a keen interest in delivering a high-quality product.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Knowledge and experience in automated testing tools and practices a plus.
· Experience in performance testing or benchmarking a plus.
· Hands-on experience in Customer Management, Billing, Accounting and/or Taxation systems is an advantage. Do you find this valuable?
