Oracle OLM features

Does OLM have all of the features of the more robust Learning Management Systems that are available on the market? Most intersted in interfacing with Outlook or Lotus email for sending out course schedules and notifications and registering for classes and interfacing with the calendar functions. Any Oracle HR experts out there that have implemented OLM? Thanks for any assistance you can provide? Do you find this valuable?

This feature is much sought after but not available 'out of the box' from Oracle.
