Enabling password expiration warning for OAS

How can one implement a script that warns the administrator when the non-LDAP passwords are expiring - i.e. Portal, Locadm, etc.
Looking for a way to set up a password expiration warning to prevent issues with the applications dependent on the accounts.

Is this just a setting w/in a config or code?
