Error when trying to install Oracle BI EE 10.1.3.4.0 on Windows XP SP2

Hello,

I am getting the below error when trying to install OBIEE. I am the Administrator for my machine. The installation goes through 100% but then hangs and I got this error message in the install log .


(Mar 11, 2009 3:21:42 PM), Install.product.install, com.siebel.analytics.install.ExecWizardActionCustom, err, com.installshield.util.ProcessExecException: Cannot run program "C:\OracleBI\oc4j_bi\bin\oc4j.cmd": CreateProcess error=3, The system cannot find the path specified
