Dear Friends,

I want to take my DBA career to the next level. I am practically new to ASM, RAC, Grid computing concepts.

Please could some one suggest tips (including practical exposure) for beginners to excel on these subject .

Hi Zaffer,

I recommend that you download and read the excellent Oracle RAC documentation available from OTN on either tahiti.oracle.com or http://www.oracle.com/pls/db111/homepage

I especially recommend that you first read and digest the 2 Day+Real Application Clusters Guide to get started.
