Oracle Lite with Windows Mobile

I am developing a Java application that talks with Oracle Lite. I was able to use the Oracle Lite API with my application to synchronize from the client. Meaning which my code uses the Oracle Lite API at the client side that runs on a desktop and synchronize with the server. For this I used the msync.jar and msync_java.dll files available with the Oracle Lite client. Is the same possible for a Java application that runs on a Windows mobile device. I am able to sync from the msync.exe that comes with the Oracle Lite in Windows mobile. But I would mt application to use the API. Do you find this valuable?
