Problem wihtn Pracle PDF driver PDF version1.4

Some customers cannot view pages with Adobe 9.xx.. Only page one of pdf file is visble, created with Oracle 10gR2 AS Reports Service.
Adobe 8.xx reader an older works fine.
Is this a known problem?
