Apache xBus to Oracle Connection Error

I'm using xbus server to update oracle database 9.2.0.7,i'm getting an exception as below,

E_01_003_0 Io exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=153093888)(ERR=12505)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12505)(EMFI=4))))
INFO | jvm 1 | 2008/10/08 13:32:42 | java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=153093888)(ERR=12505)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12505)(EMFI=4))))


Please help if u could get wat the problem is. Do you find this valuable?
