Anyone have their OpenWorld schedule utterly changed??

I just logged in to see all of my sessions ...gone!!

They are replaced by a bunch of non-technical "executive sessions" that I never signed up for. The really troubling part is that this happened one day of my sched last year or the year before that.

I was told then that it was strange and non-repeatable. Well this year, every session I selected is gone and replace in this manner.

Any one else have that happen?? This is very manipulative and really wastes our time....

Here's a bit of what I have "now" ---

09:00-11:00 Hall D, Moscone North Keynote: Tom Georgens, NetApp; Charles Phillips and Chuck Rozwat, Oracle
11:30-12:30 Rm *303, Moscone South Executive Solution Session: Realize your Oracle Investment with the Next-Generation EMC Information Infrastructure Seats Available
14:30-15:30 Rm *303, Moscone South Executive Solution Session: How to Build an Agile Foundation for Change Seats Available

It happened to me, too. It was last week, Wednesday. I had built my schedule the week before, and I went back to review and update it. Everything I had scheduled for sessions was GONE, with only the Keynotes left. However, my Interests items were still there. Luckily, I had a printed copy of what I had created from before, so it took me only an hour or so to rebuild it.

Then, to add insult to injury, when I went to look at it again on Thursday (not trusting it to still be there), my login was rejected. It didn't recognize my User-ID or my Email address. I tried the "get your User-ID" and "get your password" options and neither worked, as it claimed that my email address was not recognized as being valid for the conference. I called the support phone line and after about fifteen minutes of waiting, and the very nice person trying to help me and trying to log on as me from her end, that "the site is down for maintenance". She then added that it had been down since the prior night, and that I should check back a few hours later.

I find it very distressing that (a) they take the site down for maintenance right before the conference, and (b) that the site is not smart enough to respond with a "sorry, we're not available right now" message instead of simply telling you that you do not exist.

As I type this now, I went to Schedule Builder again, and got a "We're sorry, this application is unavailable" message. So I guess this is progress.

And it happened AGAIN. I checked my schedule this morning, and EVERYTHING is wiped out, except for the keynotes. There is no excuse for this. Do you find this valuable?

In my case, the executive sessions were added, but I don't think they necessarily replaced what I signed up for previously. Or if they were, I just ignored it. :) Do you find this valuable?
