No one takes the certs seriously anymore, only managers who don't have a clue about Oracle and are on an interview panel, they'll look at certs as a justification.

CISCO certs are taken seriously, even some of the Microsoft ones. Oracle needs to follow these examples for them to be taken seriously. Do you find this valuable?
