In my opinion OBIEE is "just" a reporting tool. It's not meant to be used to build a datawarehouse, in which u normally use Slowly Changing Dimensions type 2 to build up history in your dimensions. You can use OBIEE to report from that data warehouse.There are many tools to build a datawarehouse. My favorite is Oracle Warehouse Builder. ;-) Do you find this valuable?
