How to make the ESB database adapter set "Application context"

I want to make the ESB database adapter set "Application context" before reading views in the Oracle EBS, the same way as the Oracle Application Adapter does implicitly for you. You just have to set user name, responsibility and org in the "input header variable" for the adapter and then you can read the data, that you via the "context" have rights to read.

The issue is that the "Application context" should be set in the same database transaction as ESB database adapter is using.
