Publish to APEX ?

In SQL Developer 1.5 there is a right-click menu item "Publish to APEX" on report results.

Whatever connection I try I always get an "ORA-00942 : table or view does not exist"

There seems to be nothing in the documentation about this feature. Can anyone tell me how / whether this works?
