Multiple Assignments in Oracle eBusiness suite HR

In the UK public sector (and some retailers) many employees have multiple concurrent assignments (we call them multiple employments). This casuses many problems as some components of the HR suite don't accomodate these well - such as OLM and self service. I'd be very interested to hear of any other sectors and countries where this is also the case 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
