Essential technical skills for Grid building

Following is a list of technical skills we should have 'in house' on a level (min) 4 and (pref) 5:
- install and configure CRS
- install and configure DB
- install and configure AS (infra and other)
- install and configure ASM
- install and configure OEM - Grid Control
- install and configure OEL
- set up backup and recovery (RMAN) in 9i, 10g and 11g
- set up FAN, TAF, ONS for RAC environments
- set up Work Load Management for RAC environments
- set up security in DB and AS (and GC)
- patching; migration; tuning; provisioning; virtualisation
