Discussions in the Wiki vs OTN Forums

What is the role of the Discussion Forum in the Wiki?The reason I ask is it seems to be reducing the effectiveness of some of the OTN Forums. A case in point is the OTN Virtualization Forum: http://www.oracle.com/technology/tech/virtualization/index.html There are now a number of discussion threads on the Wiki related to Oracle VM, see the "Related Content" of this page: http://wiki.oracle.com/page/Oracle+VM These look like prime candidates for forum threads on the OTN Virtualization Forum. I agree. I think the forum here a duplication of effort and just adds to the mountain of information to search through.
