Oracle OpenWorld Unconference Session

Session Title : Responsive, scalable, and highly available Ajax applications in Web browsers using feeds
Time : 4-5pm

Date : Tuesday 23rd

Location : Moscone West 2nd Floor Overlooks

Ajax Web sites and applications make better use of the available network and client resources than traditional Web sites and applications. Ajax has proven to be an industry grade technology and Oracle is proud to be associated with Ajax since its early days.

Session Description:
This Unconference session will be like a birds-of-feather meeting to discuss your experiences developing Ajax applications. As many an experienced Ajax application developer will tell you, feeds are the way to move data back and forth over the Web. At Oracle, we have developed a number of feed related technologies for use in Ajax application development. Our work is still at an early stage, so we would love to interact with you to discuss your requirements. We also have a number of technologies to demonstrate and share and this session will provide us opportunities to help you with your technology needs.

Related OpenWorld Content:
We have set up a discussion group "Rich Web Applications" on Oracle Mix so we can find out common interests and discuss topics that are relevant for elaboration during the Unconference session and afterwards.
