Hi,
You might also consider SuperpOSe from Dotted Eyes (http://www.dottedeyes.com/spatial_data_loading/superpose/) which is dedicated to loading OS MasterMap into Oracle in an interoperable manner with top class cartography. We are Oracle partners and the UK distributor of Safe Software's FME.
