Siebel supports different industry applications (Pharma, Finance, Communications, Consumer Goods, Public Sector, Insurance, Hospitality). Typical Siebel applications areas are call-center applications, sales & marketing, field service, campaign management, customer management).

- Workflow
- Work assignment
- Many forms of integration capability at the presentation, business logic and data layers of the application
- EIM (data load utility)
- SSSE (Siebel Server Sync for Exchange)

Hi,
I'm a consultant, working currently in Spain. My current client just bought some licenses of Oracle OnDemand and we were wondering if there is any plan of getting the Loyalty module on the OnDemand configuration Thank you very much in advance. Regards, Mike Panchon

Hi, Can anyone let me know what are the OOTB reports of siebel marketing application( I mean siebel marketing integrated 7.8 application and not siebel analytics standalone application) . I dont want the general customized reports we request to Siebel, but want to know what are the OOTB reports ? and how many are they ? Are they just in Siebel Answers else are they in Marketing Dashboard toO ?
Can anybody clarify me ? Thanks. |
