I am looking for some real world scenarios having DB Performance problems.Kindly upload if you have some case.It is good idea to simplify the case using the sample schemas .This would avoid sharing any confidential information if any.

What are the current timings for sql loader and external table loading ? Paste all the details , table structure , Scripts and timings.It is very important to be objective else you will have discontentment thinking that others are unable to help.
