Miscellaneous Tips
- Make sure that you read "Managing the Oracle Web Services Manager System" and Troubleshooting in the Oracle Web Services Manager Administrator's Guide. The scripts for creating the missing indexs on the PIPELINES table are not placed in ORACLE_HOME/config/db/oracle/PolicyRepository/ but in ORACLE_HOME/owsm/config/db/oracle/PolicyRepository/, at least for the SOA Suite installation.
