I found a WebCenter integration in Andrejus Baranovskis BLOG. - Andrejus is an Oracle ACE Director of IBM Global Business Services and a brilliant developer AND Blogger ! (;-). Thanks Andrejus !
Andrejus did develop a "Mapviewer Portlet" in JDeveloper which then may be integrated in Webcenter.
