To add custom icons to the Workflow Builder

Solution
First, the Workflow Builder PC application needs to have the icons added to it. The icons reside in a directory called:

%ORACLE_HOME%\wf\ICON
or
C:\oracle\ora92\wf\ICON

They must be standard windows icon files that end with the extension.ico

Second, the same icons used above must be loaded on to the server. Before they can be loaded, they must be converted from .ico files to .gif files. Then, the .gif files must be loaded on to the server in the media directory:

$OA_MEDIA
or
/oracle/viscomn/java/oracle/apps/media
