Exciting pre-sales job role for Oracle’s Public Sector State & Local Government based in the Midwest.
Job Description: Exciting pre-sales job role for Oracle’s Public Sector State & Local Government Technology Sales Consulting Team based in the Mid Western States. Candidate should be highly motivated to articulate and present complete Oracle technology solutions to both C-Level, mid and lower-level technology savvy IT and business departments for State & Local IT Departments. The customer base will be the Midwestern States supporting State Agencies, Counties and City governments. The candidate must be extremely strong in the Database Platform AND experienced in Middleware solutions including any of these technology footprints: Identity Management middleware or Service Oriented Architecture or Business Intelligence or Enterprise Content Management or experienced in competitive middleware solutions.
The skill set we are looking for include:
Deep Enterprise Platform knowledge and experience
Technical Architect skills around customer discovery, solutioning, analysis, meeting facilitation, white boarding and strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong Enterprise business acumen and experience working in back office and front office business applications
Travel up to 50-60% the Midwest states. Preferably to be based out of the Chicago area or would consider the candidate based out of Minneapolis. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable. Candidate can work from home, only need to visit customer and Oracle office for meetings/presentations/training.
