Can some explain Autoconfig in EBS Release 12 . I am new in Oracle Application

Autoconfig is configuration management tool Oracle application provides. It executes the same way as in 11i, except in R12 new INST_HOME is introduced... and the $TWO_TASK.env and $TWO_TASK.xml files reside at slightly diff location.
