I am Anthony Shorten, a Principal Product Manager for the ORACLE Utilities Customer Care and Billing and ORACLE Utilities Application Framework product. I have been working for ORACLE (including SPL WorldGroup prior to the acquisition in November 2006) for 10 years and have specialized in the technical aspects of the product.
