Andrejs’ qualifications and background are in data base administrating and data engineering. He has 5-7 years of Experience in ORACLE technology.
After receiving Master’s degree in Computer Science at Riga Technical University in 2004, he started to work for First Data. First Data is a major provider of electronic commerce and payment solutions worldwide.
He is good at RDBMS, OLTP systems, DWH, RAC, GUARD, UNIX and OAS. Andrejs has been an active participant in OLTP migration projects with minimum downtime as well as migrations from various platforms and Oracle versions. He also participated in disaster recovery planning and remote backup centre implementation. Recently he completed an Oracle 10g Certified Master DBA.
Andrejs lives in Riga, the capital city of Latvia
