I have been in the software industry for over 14 years starting in Mexico with a Local payroll provider for 4 years. I joined PeopleSoft/Oracle in 97 to build/enhance our HRMS solution for Mexico, then moved to U.S. to lead the development of Absence Mgmt and then moved to HR.
