Linux OS Memory Fill up problem

Dear Freinds,

I am having Linux OS on which i have TOMCAT and oracle 10g database . My application is 3 tier. The problem that i am facing right now is memory of the machine which is 16gb large enough gets filled up in just 24 hours and on daily basis i need to reboot the whole server.

Please suggest me what can i do.
